Baka-Tsuki is translating it, but they're currently on a point where they're editing mistakes in it... that's been lasting for over a year now. It's a hell of a lot of words you know.

No, I don't speak Japanese. I got an old, unfinished editing (but still fully translated) patch because I eventually got tired of waiting xD.
