I recently finished Sekirei, and thought it was decently good :)

Yeah i liked it alot..
Id have to say my favoirte is either Kuu, Uzume, or the Landlady..
But i wish the fire guy ( idk his name) had a bigger role!
Oh, and even though they arent my favorites, but twins are badA also :)

And YES. He really does need a bigger role, if he was in it more, he would become my favorite character... :blushing: There were a bunch of times I was confused about his gender, and my friend was like "Its a girl!" then later... "never mind, its a guy... I think >.O"

Lol exactly.. if he did more he would be my favorite, and i was also, because in like the last episode (or second to last, i cant rememnber) be undid his robe, and instead of his chest being animated with pecks, and being muscular, his just was 2 rounded bumbs, that looked ALOT like boobs.. i was like whaaaa

yeah im hoping in the second season they explain things more, Like the link between Yume and Musubi. More about Yush, more about the Landlady and her husband, and also more about Uzume and her Ashikabe!

Actualy i dont think it is going too.. I was looking on Anime News Network, and they already have the Second season in progress, there just isnt a date yet, all it says is 2010


and he means they are going to just leave it without continuation, hoping itll cause people to buy the manga to see what happens

im up to date with the manga and i think the reason s2 keeps getting pushed back is theres not enough of the manga out to fill 13 eps s1 covered to about ch 53 im not sure how many chapters are out in japan but theyve only translated to 95 so that might be why its taking so long

To answer both of your questions. You two are talking about the same person.
And second, Homura is unstable, but I think that was only in regard to her powers, (she had to be winged or would explode or something) but doesn't s/he say (in the manga of course) that because Minato gained more power as a ashikabi by winging other Sekirei, Homura's body changed because it knew that Minato would be more comfortable with a female sekirei more then a male?

I believe at one point Homura says that she can change back to a boy if Minato wanted her to.

he can change his body to be either a man or woman but feels more comfortable being a man and says he will be a woman if a certain someone wants him to be but that person says he wants him to stay being what hes comfortable and wont force him to change so no he dosent turn into a woman

Yeah, that does kinda make the series less exciting, but since this is the first real anime season that I'm watching the episodes as they air, it brings back childhood memories of watching cartoons on TV and having to wait till next week to see what happens next ^.^

Yeah, the fighting scenes were few and far between. -.-
I'm nor sure, but the second season should have more, since it's gotten past the "meeting and greeting" part of the story, and is going more into the "fighting to defend what's important to you" part.

Has the second episode been subbed yet? People are saying the first was a pre-air, but the day that came out was the day the series was suppose to actually start, Jun 13. I haven't seen anything about episode two and I really want to watch this.
