Why do I want to become a moderator?

I have much experience in moderating...and seeing as there are a few things out of place in the JD forums, I thought I might be able to make a difference.

Former experience:

hells-profit.it.tc - an old forum of mine which I made and pretty much ran everything (it's gone now, though)

deathmonkeighs.com - Head of a council of 5 people, these people were also part of another council which included roughly 6 people; moderated 5 categories within that website; moderated 4 channels (2 irc channels and 2 other similar chat rooms). Note that these positions were hard to get considering there were 230 other possible applicants.

Any last notes?

Before considering about taking me in, please make sure you want my service because I will enforce the rules along with working towards adding a few special rules for these forums.

Some things I would want changed:

People posting random things that don't take the topic anywhere.
Possible new forums (categories).
A STRICT enforcement on how images are shown (sig sizes, large images in topics, etc).
Possible additions to the rules: post something worth reading; organization in replies...no one likes reading a large lump of text
And a neat reorder of topics in forums.
